About the event
This gathering of women is meant to build confidence, teach outdoor skills and reset your mind and body.
We'll meet on the first night, set up camp together, then start and cook over an open fire. We'll also do a beautiful 6+ mile hike into the mountains and cold plunge, while learning breathing techniques to calm and control the mind. We'll finish the day with a chance to work with and understand nature on a different level, while catching and working with horses.
There will be many opportunities for meditation, reflection and enjoying the views around us. Our last day will start with a morning meditation and a moment to reflect on the weekend and put your experiences onto paper.

This ticket includes meals and welcome package. Food will be provided for your stay, but this ticket is Bring Your Own Gear. If you already have hiking shoes, a day pack/hiking pack and sleeping bag, this ticket is for you.
