Workshops for kids and teens to learn to be present and mindful, working with horses to gain confidence and trust. Workshops have the option to be one on one, with no set number of classes. Or, they can come as a group to learn together.

About the event
This class is specifically designed to help kids/teens who are struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, or struggling to connect. We focus on building confidence and trust, while the kids learn to lead a horse around the property, through obstacle courses and then get to master the highest form of trust, to climb on the back of a horse and experience the thrill of riding.

These are available as a on-on-one session, and we can go as long as the weather permits. We can work week to week, or singe one day sessions are available as well.
