Women's Empowerment 3 Day Retreat

Service Description

The only thing that holds a woman back from recognizing the greatness in herself, is her own mind. We are the hardest on ourselves because we hold ourselves to the highest of expectations, while we give everyone around us grace. Come join a community of like minded women, so that we can remind you of the greatness already within you. Learn the skills the will give you the confidence to trust yourself. We'll spend the first evening putting together our tent(s) and building a fire. Then for the next two days, we'll spend time together in the wilderness hiking, meditating and learning to cook outdoors. We'll spend an afternoon learning from horses how to better read body language and how to have patience with ourselves and our families. We'll finish the weekend with a day of recharging our batteries and refilling our souls. My goal for you is to come and learn the skills that will make you feel more empowered, and to leave knowing that you are stronger and more capable than you know.
